Revival 2008

The purpose of Revival 2008 is simple, spread the good news of Jesus Christ into our surrounding community. That's basically it. We want people to know about our Savior and what he can do for their lives. That's why this year our theme is 'Give Your Life A New Look!'. We don't want the publicity for putting this event on. We don't want to look better than other churches. We don't want anything like that. We want people to know Jesus. We feel led by God to take this step of faith and put on this event to reach out and share God's love with everyone around us.

To help us make God known to everyone that stops by, we are using many different tools to show God in a way that people can relate to. We are using many different styles of music, speaking, fellowship, food and most of all... FUN! This isn't an old fashioned shove the Bible down your throat tent revival. You can't force God on anyone. You have to explain Him to people in a way they can understand. You have to plant the seed and leave it up to God for that seed to take hold and start to grow. Explaining doesn't mean watering down. Thats the best part. You will hear about how our Savior can give your life a new look, but it isn't going to be sugar-coated. Everything you will hear comes straight from God's word. Black and white, plain and simple, how it is.
